Returns and Exchanges
Order Cancellation:
Since all of our work is made to order, work begins once an order is placed, and full payment is due at that time. Therefore if an order that has been placed is canceled for any reason within 48 hours from the time of being placed, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after 48 hours, the full amount becomes non-refundable.
Warranty of quality:
We take great pride in the quality of the work we produce so we only use the highest quality materials. However should there be any defect in the materials or craftsmanship at the time of receiving your order, we will be happy to rectify the situation at no extra charge.
For any other damage caused by circumstances such as wear and tear, scratching, and other damages caused by negligence or misuse, we will be happy to provide you with a quote for our repair services to rectify the damage.
